The Brief:

Designing a web application for a hypothetical luxury clothing company.

Gathering Insights

To gain a deeper understanding of the luxury fashion market, I conducted extensive research into the segment through reading research papers, online reviews, and customer feedback.

User Research

Six individuals completed an online questionnaire to provide insights into users' wants and needs, while in-depth, face-to-face interviews were conducted with four participants to gather more detailed and comprehensive data.

Brainstorming

Idea generation followed a structured process, beginning with a 15–20-minute rapid ideation session to freely explore all potential concepts. This was followed by a mind-mapping exercise to uncover connections and fresh perspectives, leading to the refinement of promising ideas through the SCAMPER method for further development.
